I have the opportunity to elevate my education and my faith by studying in Italy in the Spring of 2022. I will study art and design at the Lorenzo de Medici Institute in Florence, Italy.

 

As an aspiring designer I think it is imperative to learn the fundamentals of art and design, and I cannot imagine a better place to learn them surrounded by the greatest Catholic art to ever exist. I will also use this opportunity to continue to further my faith through pilgrimages to the Vatican as well as St. Cecilia’s birthplace to learn about the art and to continue my faith journey while I am there.

I am looking to raise $9,000 to fund my program and to make a pilgrimage to the Vatican while I am there. You ladies have such a great network of businesses and other connections! I was wondering if you know of any scholarship opportunities within the businesses that the NCBWL represents or even other scholarship opportunities in the Nashville area!
