Cancellation and No-Show Policy:  If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us by email at ncbwlinfo@gmail.com by the REGISTRATION DEADLINE provided in each meeting notice. After the registration deadline, we order food for the number of people attending. Cancellations made after the registration deadline will be subject to paying for the reserved meal(s). The same policy applies to no-shows for pay-at-the-door RSVPs. Thank you!
