Please let us know ahead of time if you have special dietary preferences and restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)
Parking: There are additional parking spots available at the bank parking lot after 5:00 pm.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us by email at ncbwlinfo@gmail.com by the REGISTRATION DEADLINE provided in each meeting notice. After the registration deadline, we sign a contract with the caterer for the number of meals reserved. Cancellations made after the registration deadline will be subject to paying for the reserved meal(s). The same policy applies to no-shows for pay-at-the-door RSVPs. Thank you!
